Our client, a local real estate company, is looking for an ambitious senior property manager ready to lead. This is a unique opportunity designed for fast-track career growth. You'll start in a Senior Property Management role to master their operations while being mentored to be a Team Leader.

About Your New Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you'll manage the daily operations of a smaller portfolio of properties ensuring they are well-maintained, fully leased, and compliant with laws. You'll act as a bridge between property owners and tenants while dedicating time to leadership duties.

  • Manage a small portfolio of properties.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to property managers and assistants.
  • Oversee team KPIs such as arrears, inspections, lease renewals, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex tenancy and client issues.
  • Represent the agency in tribunal matters when required.
  • Support business development activities, contributing to rent roll growth.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (NT) and agency policies.

What You Will Need

  • Certificate IV in Real Estate practice
  • Previous experience in property management 4+ years (desirable)
  • Experience at NTCAT is a must
  • Agents Licence (desirable but not essential)
  • A Valid Drivers Licence
